We get it, things happen, we buy stuff online too. … Car Stereo Warehouse believes in making your experience quick and simple!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 14 days of delivery

There are a few important things to keep in mind:

1. Return/ replacement can be done within 14 day from the date the customer receives the item.
2. Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way).
3. Only US returns are accepted.
4. There will be a 20 % restocking fee for each Item returned or replaced. (Ex: If the Item is $100, you will get a refund of $80 or you can use this $80 to buy something else from us)
5. Customer needs to ship with their own expenses and provide us with the Shipping Carrier Name (Ex: UPS, FedEx) and Tracking Number. If Tracking numbers are not provided, we do not guarantee a refund.
6. Once the Merchandise is received you will be eligible for a refund or a replacement.
7. Both Refunds and Replacements will be done within 48 hours of receiving of Merchandise
